Energize Class (Pre-teen)
(Intro Gym)

  • Afternoon  classes  3 days per week

  • Youth 6-9 yrs 

  • Focused on beginners with no experience needed

  • Friendly, no pressure atmosphere

  • Small classes
  • USAW Certified Coaching

  • All equipment provided

Is the Class full?

Tue/Thurs 4-4:45pm & Sat 9-10am

Barbell Class (Teen)

  • Afternoon  classes  3 days per week

  • Youth 10-17 yrs

  • Focuses on Olympic Weightlifting, strength and conditioning exercises for beginners

  • Builder for multi-sport athletes

  • USAW Certified Coaching

  • All equipment provided

Tue/Thurs 4:45pm - 5:45pm & Sat 10-11am

Tue/Thurs 5:45pm - 6:45pm & Sat 11-12pm

Advanced Class

  • Afternoon  classes 4 days per week

  • Youth 12-17 yrs

  • Novice to Advanced Weightlifters

  • Small classes, personalized coaching

  • USAW Certified Coaching

  • Professional equipment

  • Olympic Weightlifting Training

  • Competition Coaching
